James Everett Dutschke would serve 25 years in prison after he reached a plea agreement with the prosecutors. Prosecutors said that the 42-year-old tried to frame Elvis impersonator Paul Kevin Curtis, who was initially charged in the investigation. Dutschke has been jailed since April on charges of sending the letters to Barack Obama, Republican US Senator Roger Wicker, and a Mississippi judge.
