According to the report, standing in an open-top car and speaking to the crowd through a microphone was K Kavitha, the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, when she appeared to pass out and tumbled into the car. Watching the tragedy develop, other passengers hurried to help her.
A statement from Kavitha's team revealed that the leader suffered from dehydration, feeling slightly unwell during the campaign. Following a brief pause for recovery, the campaign resumed as usual, the report added.
Later, Kavitha took to social media, assuring her well-being, posting a video seated in a house, and expressing apologies for the concern caused. She highlighted meeting a young girl, which rejuvenated her spirits, indicating the resumption of the polling campaign shortly.
"Sorry for the little scare. I’m doing just well, also happened to have met this sweet little girl and after spending time with her I’m feeling a little more energetic. #KCROnceAgain campaign to resume shortly," she wrote.

The assembly elections in Telangana are scheduled for November 30, with vote counting on December 3, along with those in four other states. In the previous 2018 Assembly elections, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi secured a significant victory, clinching 88 out of 119 seats with a notable 47.4 percent vote share, while the Congress secured only 19 seats.
Previously, Kavitha's brother and Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao, also referred to as KTR, encountered a tough situation while campaigning. A video appeared that showed Telangana leaders standing on a pink campaign bus as it drove down a little road. KTR, who was accompanied by Jeevan Reddy and Suresh Reddy, almost fell as the bus suddenly halted.
The video captures KTR and other officials crammed onto a tiny platform that was constructed above the bus, gripping the rails to keep the vehicle in place as it made its way through the narrow alley. Running beside the bus with ropes on either side were men dressed in camouflage trousers and white T-shirts. An individual from security cleared the way in front of the bus. But then there was a sudden stop, and the leaders lost their footing. KTR was almost spared by a vigilant security guard, but his teammates only got minor bumps.
