A three-person attempt to enter Parliament using forged documents is the subject of an investigation by Delhi Police. Three persons are allegedly using fictitious Aadhar cards to gain entry to the Parliament complex, and the Delhi Police have filed a formal complaint and started an investigation against them. According to the FIR, Kasim, an Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, resident, was using Monis' Aadhar card. Monis, one of the three workers who were taken into custody, displayed an identical identity card.

According to his identity card, Soyab, the third individual detained, was a native of Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. According to the FIR, the three had attempted to enter the Parliament Complex using a casual admission permit when they displayed their identity cards. As to the First Information Report, a contractor is allegedly employing the three. The same number appears on Monis and Kasam's Aadhar cards as it does in their photos. These cards don't look real. The name and investigation of the third worker, Soyab, are being ascertained following the Delhi Police's filed First Information Report.

Sections 419 (cheating by impersonation), 465 (committing forgery), 468 (using forged documents for cheating), 471 (fraudulently or dishonestly using as genuine any document or electronic record which he knows or has reason to believe to be a forged), and 120 B (criminal conspiracy to commit an offence) are all covered by the FIR, which was filed in the afternoon of May 4. All three identity cards have been seized by the Police and a detailed investigation is underway.

Six persons were detained in December of last year for breaking into parliament without authorization and hurling smoke canisters into the Lok Sabha. Prosecution sanctions against Manoranjan D, Sagar Sharma, Amol Dhanraj Shinde, Neelam Ranolia, Lalit Jha, and Mahesh Kumawat were granted by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena of Delhi on Thursday.
