The Wikipedia page of Jayalalithaa reads – "Jayalalithaa Jayaraman (born 24 February 1948), commonly referred to as Amma and Puratchi Thalaivi by members in her party; also called as Selvi J.Jayalalitha, or Kumari Jayalalitha or Jaya or Jayalalitha Jayaram, was an Indian politician and the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, in office from 2015 to 4th Dec,2016. She died of a cardiac arrest on Dec 5, 2016 while undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital in Chennai."
Wikipedia post has gone viral online where the news is confirmed fake. The supporters of CM were shocked considering that Apollo hospital doctors were constantly updating about her health status.

A section of Pakistan media had even declared the Chief Minister even, while doctors in state capital Chennai say that she is alive but in a very critical condition.
The 68-year-old AIADMK leader, admitted to Apollo Hospitals on September 22, suffered cardiac arrest on Sunday evening.
She was put on ECMO and other life support systems. ECMO or extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation is a life support system used for patients with life threatening heart or lung problems.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa's condition is "very critical", Apollo Hospitals said on Monday, just hours after a union minister claimed she was out of danger.
A brief hospital statement said the AIADMK leader, who suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday evening, "continues to be very critical and is on ECMO and other life support systems".
ECMO or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation is a life support system used for patients with life threatening heart or lung problems.
Apollo said the 68-year-old Jayalalithaa, who has been in hospital since September, was being treated and closely monitored by experts.
Crowds began to mass outside the hospital from Sunday evening as news that Jayalalithaa had suffered a cardiac arrest spread like wild fire.
