Heavy rains have been lashing Jammu region. Three people, including two minors, were reported killed in flash floods and house collapse triggered by heavy rains on Wednesday.

Amidst the tragedy, a ‘Good Samaritan’ video has emerged of locals helping school children cross flood water stream risking their lives, in Udhampur, J&K.
