In the latest instance of policemen being caught on the wrong side of the law, a video of a drunk policeman creating a scene has gone viral.

The incident took place in Kanpur, UP. In the video, the inebriated cop is seen wandering around. And, when the public tries to help him, he refuses to take aid.
The cop, while losing control, also falls down on the road. The disturbed public end up noting his badge number.
