Dhaka: A suspected member of the Islamic State (IS) radical group has been arrested in Bangladesh capital Dhaka, a media report said on Sunday.
Police arrested the man on Saturday night, bdnews24.com reported citing Dhaka Metropolitan Police Additional Deputy Commissioner S.M. Jahangir Alam Sarker.
Police did not reveal the identity of the person.
Earlier on May 25, two more suspected members of the terror group were arrested from Dhaka's Uttara and Lalmatia areas, the report said.
They were enrolling members online to topple democratic governments and establish Khilafat rule as ordered by the IS, according to the police.
