Commuters can be seen crossing the busy road instead of taking the skywalk as it took more than a month to inaugurate the structure that connects Rabale railway station to the MIDC area. After the skywalk was inaugurated earlier this week, commuters complained that the two lifts installed were ill-ventilated.
