Four police officers from Pune were conferred with President's medals at the hands of Maharashtra S C Jamir in Mumbai.

Shobha Ohatker (Addl CP), Sham Mohite (PI), Warje (PI), Dafale (PI) attached to the Samarth police station were awarded for their meritorious services.

Meanwhile, ACP Vinod Satav has been conferred with President's medal for his distinguished service.

ACP Vinod Satav, who has been in the police service for last 33 years, has received 860 awards. "I will continue my work against organised crime," Satav said.
