April 4: In the worst disaster in the state’s history, 75 lives were lost when a building collapsed at Mumbra’s Lucky Compound.


June 10: Ten people died in the building collapse in Mahim


June 22: Seven were killed after a four-storey building, Piyush Co-operative Housing Society, collapsed in Dahisar (East)

Sept 21: Banoo Apartments (Mumbra) turned to rubble but without fatalities as over 100 occupants managed to run to safety before it crashed
