Employees of crisis-hit Kingfisher Airlines have agreed to report to work immediately following a wage settlement with the management.
Employees of Kingfisher Airlines today came to a wage settlement with the management of the cash-strapped carrier and called off their 25-day-long strike.

"We have reached an agreement with the management on the salary issue. We will join back work immediately," Satish Chandra Mishra, an aircraft service engineer told reporters after meeting with company's chief executive Sanjay Aggarwal at the Indira Gandhi International Airport's Terminal-3.
The breakthrough came after both the sides agreed that pending salaries of four months will be given out before the year-end.
The airline is desperately trying to stay afloat and wants to restart operations, crippled since Oct 1 by the strike, a lockout and thereafter by the suspension of the carrier's flying license by the aviation regulator, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).u00a0
