Kerala has witnessed a healthy increase in both domestic as well as foreign tourist arrivals last year due to various initiatives launched by the state government

Kerala has witnessed a healthy increase in both domestic as well as foreign tourist arrivals last year due to various initiatives launched by the state government, a Kerala tourism department official said today.


"We have achieved 11.39 per cent increase in domestic tourist arrivals and 5.15 per cent increase in international tourist arrivals in 2017 in comparison over previous year," Nandakumar K P, Joint Director, Department of Tourism, Kerala, said He said that here on the sidelines of a tourism promotion event.
