Lashkar-e-Toiba founder Hafiz Saeed had recently visited Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) for some discussions, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said.
A day after India lodged a strong protest with Pakistan over the killing of two of its soldiers by Pakistani troops, the minister said there has been information about Saeed’s presence in the region. “(There) has been information that Saeed entered PoK area and had talked with some people,” Shinde said.

However, he did not specify if Saeed was present in the area across Poonch district.
