Some politicians have come up with weirdest statements and the latest to join the fray is Haryana's Animal Husbandry and Dairying and Fisheries, minister Om Prakash Dhankar.
In his bid to promote desi-bred cows, Dhankar allegedly made a bizarre statement of calling foreign-bred cows as the ones who have a 'loose character'. LOL. Definitely.
Twitter, however laughed at his absurd statement.

On Tuesday, the minister said that to tackle the menace of stray cattle, the Haryana Government has decided to establish around 40 'gau abhayaranyas' (cow sanctuaries) in the state in a phase-wise manner.
He said around 1.17 lakh out of these - 85,000 are in rural areas and 32,000 are in urban areas - are stray cattle and for accommodating them 40 gau-abhayaranyas would be required.
