If you wish to add to your collection of porcelain or are plain curious to learn about this art, head to Bliss where 21 students trained under Sangeeta Shetty Chowhan will showcase their wares. Chowhan has been teaching this art for 11 years and this event is a platform for her students to display their skills.
Nearly 220 pieces will be on display, priced between Rs 800 to Rs 10,000. Each piece has been handpainted and fired in a kiln at least four times.

While the smaller pieces take around seven days to complete, the larger ones take about 15 to 20 days. The range comprises of crockery, collectibles, mugs, wall hangings, table accessories like trays and display platters and dinnerware with an emphasis on functional art.
"This marks a shift from the other festivals we organise, which focus on accessories. While people often spend on clothes and jewellery during November and December, January seemed like the perfect time to host an exhibition of porcelain and bone china," believes Mallika Desai Thakker, owner of the store.
