In a shocking case of apathy, a 32-year-old-man died on Thursday after he was hit by a tempo in west Delhi, police said. The accident has been caught on camera.

The accident took place at around 5 a.m. in Subhash Nagar area.
"The deceased has been identified as Matbool, a resident of West Bengal. He was hit by an autorichshaw from behind," Deputy Commissioner of Police (west) Pushpendra Kumar told IANS.
Reportedly, Matbool kept on lying on the road for almost an hour till the time police was informed.
A government hospital was just 500 metres from the accident spot.
"He was declared brought dead in the hospital," the officer said, adding, "We are looking for the driver, whose visuals have been caputred in the CCTV cameras installed in the area."
The CCTV footage of the accident shows the driver coming out and checking his vehicle if it has been damaged or not while ignoring the accident victim and then fleeing away. The CCTV footage shows him being robbed as well.
Matbool used to work as an e-rickshaw driver and at night he worked as a security guard, police said.
He resided in west Delhi's Tihar village area with his family.
