What was the best part about being 24?
It was like the worst time of my life. I was so busy with Miss India that I missed out on so much. So I made up for it when I was 24.u00a0 My friends and I used work hard the entire week and on the weekends we used to think, 'Damn we need to party!' I have had very bad Monday mornings!
Which three people would you like to share a house with?
The chef on Discovery Travel and Living Nigella Lawson. She would prepare great food. My trainer u00e2u0080u0094 after I eat all that Nigella cooks, I will go work out. And my friend Nandani.
What's your favourite move on the dance floor?
The dance that Uma Thurman and John Travolta do in Pulp Fiction. I always do that dance.
We hear you might be doing an international project with Chris Kattan of Saturday Night Live.
Yes. It is a mini-series. I play a Bollywood actress who ages from 20-75 years. If it does really well, we might convert it into a movie. I wore a saree on the set and they could not stop staring! They were so enamoured. The mini-series has Chris Kattan, Julian Sands and a special appearance by Alanis Morissette.Chris is just so talented. I could have him in my apartment and throw Nandani out (laughs).
Why did you delay acknowledging your relationship with Ritwik?
Because we did not know ourselves where it was heading. Don't talk about marriage; my arteries get a little choked (laughs). It's not my cup of tea right now.
