The civic body said there is nothing to panic, as it has an adequate stock of vaccines against COVID-19. If the citizens want to take their shot during the next four days, they would have to go to private vaccination centres or wait for the civic- and state-run facilities to reopen on November 8.
“The corporation has adequate stocks of COVID-19 vaccines. The vaccination campaign will resume on Monday, November 8, 2021. A humble appeal is being made to the citizens of Mumbai to cooperate with the BMC administration,” a statement from the BMC read.
