Morning rush hour services on Western Railway collapsed due to a technical snag on Thursday morning.

"Due to entangling of pantograph with the overhead wires of Churchgate – Borivli while entering Borivali at 10.28 am on platform no. 8, train movement has been affected," Western Railway chief public relations officer Sumit Thakur said.

"We have been waiting on Platform no 8 for the train but there is no announcement. Please let us know the status of this train," commuter Neha Solanki said.
