Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son, Aryan Khan along with eight other co-accused of the Mumbai cruise drugs party case were presented before the Killa Court, on Monday.

Khan's bail was rejected and he along with two other accused namely Arbaaz Seth Merchant and MunMun Dhamecha were sent to Narcotics Control Bureau's (NCB) custody till October 7.
The three accused were granted NCB custody till October 4, yesterday.
The narcotics agency had demanded an extension of custody of Aryan Khan and two other accused till October 13 so they can investigate the case further and unravel the racket.
The (NCB) argued that as per evidence obtained by them, Aryan Khan was procuring drugs in huge quantity to further distribute it. His WhatsApp chats indicate that he was also a part of the drugs nexus, NCB told the court.
Citing Rhea Chakraborty's case, the Additional Solicitor General, Anil Singh told court that as per the Bombay HC verdict, offences of NDPS Act under which Aryan Khan is arrested are non-bailable.

Aryan Khan’s attorney, Satish Maneshinde, however, told the court that Aryan Khan was searched by the sleuths at the party but nothing was found on him. His friend Arbaaz Merchant was found to be in possession of drugs but they were both arrested.
"If any substance is seized from any other persons (co-accused) that doesn't make any grounds to take my client into custody", Maneshinde added.
Further, Adv Taraq Sayed appearing for accused number 2 Arbaaz Merchant said that the NCB remand is misleading as it is silent on the quantity of the drugs and whom it was found on.
Lashing out at the NCB, Sayed said that they have recovered 5 grams of Charas from the three accused but later, MDMA and cocaine was added to the remand. He also said that NCB was not seeking custody based on WhatsApp chats that took place years ago; it was seeking custody based on seizure.
Aryan has been arrested under Section 8(c), 20(b), 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (DPS), 1985.
