Following are some of his explosive allegations from the presser.

  • A selfie of Aryan Khan with an unknown person went viral on social media with many claiming that the man is an NCB sleuth. Later, the anti-drug agency clarified that the person seen with Khan is not from NCB. Malik claims, “his name is K P Gosavi and he is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).”
  • In another video, a person named Manish Bhanushali is seen escorting Arbaaz Merchant to the NCB office. The senior NCP leader claims, “He is also a BJP worker and has photos with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.”

  • The Maharashtra minister also alleges that “Aryan Khan’s panchanama was manipulated, no drugs were seized at the cruise." He adds, "The report was manipulated at NCB chief Samir Wankhede’s office.”
  • He went on to accuse the NCB of being involved in “farziwada” or fraud from the last one year.
  • He asked the NCB to “clarify if it is being used as a tool to defame some persons through drugs cases.”
