HC has directed BMC to take a decision only after hearing regularization application by the company.
The High Court also directs that if BMC's decision on the regularisation application goes against Rane, no action should be taken against the bungalow for three weeks. The company owned by Narayan Rane had sought regularization of the alleged illegal renovation of the bungalow.
