Cruise ship drugs bust case: NCB reaches Shah Rukh Khan, Ananya Panday's residences

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials On Thursday reached Shah Rukh Khan’s Bandra residence ‘Mannat’ and also the house of actor Ananya Panday in connection with the cruise ship drugs bust case. The NCB team reached Khan's house hours after he visited his son Aryan at Arthur Road jail.


As per NCB officials, the team visited Shah Rukh Khan's residence to collect some documents related to Aryan Khan.


"No raids were conducted at Mannat," said NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede.


Some phones, laptop and electronic devices have been seized from Ananya's residence, said NCB officials.

Panday has been asked to appear before the NCB at 2 pm on Thursday. According to sources, the anti-drug agency has found chats of Ananya with one of the accused arrested in the cruise ship raid case.

Aryan’s bail plea will be heard in Bombay High Court on Tuesday (October 26). He is among those who have been arrested in the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case.

On Wednesday, a Mumbai special court had rejected his bail application. Aryan and 8 others were detained on October 3 and later arrested after NCB raided the Cordelia cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
