Buyers for world's only car that can't be test driven can now get behind the wheel virtually

Want to book the world's cheapest car, but hesitant because the company does not allow you to test drive it? Try the virtual world.

Zapak.com, in collaboration with Tata Motors, has launched au00a0 Nano game where the player can colour and accessorise his own car before driving it on Mumbai's roads.

Arun Mehra, chief marketing officer, Zapak, said, "We may also offer a Nano to the top scorer as part of the promotion. But this thought hasn't been finalised."

Net-ting the Nano

The Nano has banked on the power of the Internet from the start by opening bookings online as well. Apparently almost 300 applications so far have been through the Web.

A spokesperson for Nano said, "Online games are catching up and is a good medium to promote our product."
After tempting players with an action-packed test drive, Zapak provides the option of visiting the official Nano website and booking the real thing.

The game will be online for two months.
