Weapons dealer encountered in Kalyan

Around 1.30 am last night, the Kalyan police shot down a weapons dealer, Suresh Tiwari who was found with five weapons.

Around 1.30 am last night, the Kalyan police shot down a weapons dealer, Suresh Tiwari who was found with five weapons.

During the encounter, the police shot three rounds before they finally shot Tiwari.

Tiwari has cases registered against him at Nalasopara, Thane and Mumbra under the same charge.

According to the police, he was arrested on a charge of weapons dealing earlier.
