Two suburban trains collided near Mahim railway station of Western railway on Sunday afternoon, injuring a woman passenger police said.

Two suburban trains collided near Mahim railway station of Western railway on Sunday afternoon, injuring a woman passenger police said.

A Borivali-bound train stationed at platform No 1 at the Mahim railway station, was hit by an Andheri-bound train, injuring a woman passenger, they said. The injured woman passenger was rushed to the nearby hospital, police said.

Train services on the western Railway has been diverted on the fast track, a railway official said.
