Rambo Circus in Andheri played host to a different kind of revelry yesterday as two of their performers decided to tie the knot.

Carlos, a Colombian national who has been performing the Wheel of Death for the last two years, got married to Debaki Gautam, a tightrope artiste from Nepal.

The duo’s romance blossomed while working together at the circus, and it was only apt that they marry under the very tent they put up their acts every day.

Debaki lost her home to the devastating quake that ravaged her country, but her mother and younger sister (flanking her) had come down from Nepal for her wedding. The couple will now begin a balancing act of a completely different kind.
