After that, we shall think about the next step.” In his discharge application Tiwari had claimed that his relationship with the woman was consensual and that her claims of never having consumed alcohol can’t be true since she worked in the advertising industry. Tiwari was accused of rape by the 28-year-old woman in May 2014, who alleged she was raped repeatedly between October 2012 and December 2013 on the pretext of marriage.
