Relative of Malegaon blast accused die in court premises

In an unfortunate turn of event, Mohan Sahu (39), brother of Malegaon blast accused Ram Kumar Sahu died in court premises on Tuesday.

In an unfortunate turn of event, Mohan Sahu (39), brother of Malegaon blast accused Ram Kumar Sahu died in court premises on Tuesday.


Mohan had come from Indore to the special court to see his brother.


Around 11.45 am, Mohan went to the toilet and was heading towards the courtroom, when he complained of severe chest pain and collapsed. The police rushed him to the nearby GT hospital where he was declared dead on admission.


The Colaba police have registered a case under Section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code and the body has been sent for an autopsy. The post mortem findings are awaited.
