According to an FIR filed with the Mundwa police in Pune on June 19, Mishra said the brothers have been threatening her for years and have molested her at least twice before. She also accused them of trying to kill her. She said they have hypnotised her in the past, hacked into her phone and social media accounts, and even hired people to watch her at all times so she does not file a complaint.
In the FIR, Mishra has alleged that the brothers took her to Pune in their car, stopped the vehicle and molested her. When she asked them to stop, they threatened her with dire consequences. “I was not ready to meet them, but Timmy promised me a lead role in a film.
He called me to meet so we could finalise the deal. When I met them (the brothers), they started misbehaving with me and tried to take advantage of my loneliness. I somehow escaped and came to Mumbai and later filed an FIR with the Mundwa police,’’ Pooja Mishra told mid-day.

Sordid history
According to Mishra, her association with the brothers dates back to 1999. She said they would come over to her place, hypnotise her, and do things which she wouldn’t remember the next day. She remembers being molested at least once in Mumbai, where she lives with her sister, and once during a visit to a Pune hotel.
In her FIR, Pooja has also alleged that they tried to kill her. She has mentioned an incident where a giant object made of glass dropped from a nearby building narrowly missed her. “There is a threat to my life, and so, I have left my flat and am hiding in some other place. I have not even kept any mobile phone with me, because they can trace and reach me through it,” said Mishra.
