The private security-handling agency operated by Mumbai International Airport Private Ltd has been on frequent rounds at the city side of the international terminal. A private security official at the airport said, “The officials in and around the airport intensify the process of observing passengers, and if any suspicion is noticed through the body language of a passenger then he is not only asked to stop but, is also asked to get his baggage checked again. Hence, passengers can expect an extra delay of around 20 minutes than the routine time taken before boarding the flight.”
