Hundreds of litres of milk were spilled on the Western Urban Road in the early hours of Monday after a milk van overturned, causing a four-vehicle pileup. There were no casualties in the incident, a police officer said.
The driver of the van, Mohammad Manovar, who escaped without any injuries, said, "I am still in a state of shock. I don't know how the accident happened."
According to the investigating officer, Sunil Khabe, the incident led to a four-vehicle pileup. "Some cars slowed down to avert the spill, but it resulted in a pileup when a speeding MUV crashed into other vehicles," Khabe said.

Speaking to mid-day, an eyewitness said, "Two cars and a motorbike slowed down to see what had happened, but a speeding Ertiga rammed into their cars. The roads were also slippery a lot of milk had spilled from the van, which didn't help the situation."
The cops immediately informed the fire brigade and the roads were washed for traffic movement to resume.
