Shaikh, a resident of Saki Naka, was coming from Pydhonie and was carrying a big blue plastic bag containing garments in the legroom area of his Honda Activa scooter, due to which he was signalled to stop at the nakabandi at Bail Bazaar junction in Kurla west.
