Within days of the Uri attack, Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has threatened Pakistani actors and artists to leave India within 48 hours.
The threat comes from Amey Khopkar of MNS Chitrapat Sena who was quoted by ANI saying, "We give a 48 hour deadline to Pakistani actors and artists to leave India or MNS will push them out."
Amey Khopkar further told ANI, "Pakistani kalakaar toh maar khaayenge hi, saath mein jo yahan producer/director hain unko bhi peetenge."

Artists including Fawad Khan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Ali Zafar, Mahira Khan, Imran Abbas and Mawra Hocane, among others, are actively part of Bollywood.
