Kingfisher flights back in three months

Kingfisher Airlines, which cut down its flights last week, announced on Saturday that it would normalise its flight schedules in the next three to four months, after Kingfisher CEO Sanjay Aggarwal met Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) E K Bharat Bhushan to explain the reasons behind the cancellations

Kingfisher Airlines, which cut down its flights last week, announced on Saturday that it would normalise its flight schedules in the next three to four months, after Kingfisher CEO Sanjay Aggarwal met Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) E K Bharat Bhushan to explain the reasons behind the cancellations.

"Our cancellations range between 50 to 55 flights a day. There will be no more flight cancellations," said Aggarwal who plans to set the plan into motion by December. The airline has suffered a loss of Rs 1,027 crore in 2010-11 and has a debt of Rs 7057.08 crore.
