Devgn MIA!

...u00a0On eve of release of London dreams

Where did Ajay Devgn vanish on the eve of the release of his film London Dreams? Till Wednesday, Ajay was seen at all the events in the city.

But on Thursday, when the promotion peaked, he was nowhere to be seen.

Vipul Shah, the producer-director of the film, explained, "Ajay has sprained his leg. It didn't happen while I was around, so I wouldn't know how it happened. But apparently he got hurt in the gym."

All done

He addedu00a0 "Whatever had to be done for the film has been done. Ajay, Salman, Asin and I went as far as we could to promote it.

We've been spending sleepless nights. Now, all we can do is wait."

While Salman and Asin attended the film's premiere in Dubai on Wednesday and then proceeded to London on Thursday for a press meet, Ajay had joined hands with the film's director for the press activity in Mumbai.

Explained Vipul, "Not all of us could be everywhere. We had just two weeks to promote our film. So, we spread out in different directions."

Unconvincing, considering thatu00a0 international appearances for a film usually include all its stars.

But a source close to the film unit said, "It's more likely that Devgn simply lost patience.

By Thursday, Ajay's endless promotional activities, which started long before his home production All The Best, had run out of steam."

Devgn's mobile was switched off throughout Thursday and till late last night.
