The area experiences daily power cuts of three-four hours. There is no respite from this even in the summer months.

CBD Belapur doesn't have 24-hrs water supply. Residents get water from 5 am to 9 am and 8 pm to 9 pm.

Residents in CBD Belapur, especially in the CIDCO residential area don't have adequate parking space in the complexes. Since there are no parking zones, people park their cars in the narrow lanes thereby congesting them.

The public sanitation facilities are poor. You can see garbage piled on the roadsides or near the playgrounds as the garbage trucks don't ply regularly.u00a0
