A sea of humanity had converged outside Prateeksha, Amitabh Bachchan's residence in Juhu, to wish the actor on his 67th birthday.

These included some who had brought Amitabh's kundali as his birthday gift.

Sachin Rastogi (29), a numerologist and a face reader, said, "In June, I had written on Amitabh's blog that I had done research on him and that his kundali will shock him. He asked me to send him the details.

So, I travelled from south Delhi to meet him." He added, "I've realised 1 and 2 are his lucky numbers.

All incidents in his life, including the date he took admission in college and his first hit movie, are related to the two numbers."

Added Dixit Chauhan (35), an astrologer from Gujarat, "I have been waiting for Amitabh's signature since morning. I want it because it is unique.

Fewer Cops

The number of policemen who guard Amitabh's house has dropped from four to two because many cops are on election duty.

However, Deepak Katkade, senior inspector, Juhu police station, said, "There was no compromise in the protection provided to control the crowd outside Amitabh's bungalow on his birthday."
