Mumbai: Boss hits junior with clock for failing to meet sales target

Complainant, who sells health insurance plans, says he had to get multiple stitches on his head owing to the viciousness of the attack; Borivli police register FIR against the boss

A Man from Borivli has accused his boss of smashing a table clock on his head for failing to meet his monthly target of selling health insurance plans. Complainant Anand Hawaldar Singh, 30, told the police that he received multiple stitches because of the injury. The Borivli cops have registered an FIR against Anand’s 35-year-old manager Amit Surendra Singh.
