Relish a special menu at a SoBo eatery that pays rich tribute to local produce

Farmers’ Feast, a farm-to-table experience is being organised at Ekaa to celebrate local agriculture, farmer skills, and the flavours of India’s diverse landscapes. There will be two community-style tables, which will include a seven-course meal paired with three artisanal cocktails. There’s produce from Kerehaklu (Chikmagalur, Western Ghats); Vrindavan Farms (Palghar, Maharashtra); and Krishi Cress (outskirts of Delhi).

Crafted by Chef Niyati Rao of Ekaa, the menu will include dishes like tartare (culmination of kombucha and beef); garden (featuring sambal and greens); hearth (sour glaze and brine); among others. Head mixologist Jishnu AJ, has crafted cocktails featuring Godawan single malt and some of the
farmers’ produce.
