Watch a ballet composed by Pandit Jasraj

Geet Govind

Go for a ballet based on the eternal love story of Radha-Krishna, titled Geet Govind. The two-hour routine is composed by Pandit Jasraj and has been supervised by his wife Madhura Jasraj. It has been sung by some of the best names in the industry like Shreya Ghoshal, Shankar Mahadevan, Mahalakshmi Iyer and Anuradha Paudwal. Geet Govind is based on the poetic composition written by 12th century poet Jayadeva. It has been choreographed by Sandhya Damle who also essays the role of Radha, while folk dance artist Shreyas Desai will play Krishna.
