Bastille Day, the national day of France, is celebrated annually on July 14 to coincide with the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille in 1789, a watershed of the French Revolution. Souffle S’il Vous Plait infuses its signature dessert, Baba au Rhum (INR 520), with rum and serves it with pistachio and vanilla whipped cream.
