Chocolate Jameson Golarita

The humble golas get a Jameson boost in this drink. The chocolate-flavoured drink has ice lollies dunked in whisky. "Golas have been a favourite among Mumbaikars for the longest time. nowadays, bartenders are open to experimenting with cocktails and so, we wanted to bring an old favourite to the masses in a unique way," says bartender Jack Jagwan.

Kala Khatta Jam

This drink has kala khatta, vodka, lime juice and rock salt. "Kala Khatta is everyone's favourite. We decided to add a twist of vodka to it. It is tangy and chatpata. It is easy to make and can also be made for house parties," says beverage head Shailesh Gawde.

LollyTa

Champagne never looked as desirable as it does in Swey's LollyTa. The drink has champagne with sweet and sour mix and an ice lolly stirrer -- as it melts, it transforms into a mimosa. The cocktail has been created by the bar team of Joaquim Fernandes and Su Kumar. "We intentionally played with champagne to add an element of fun to the celebratory drink. Ice lollies are heavy on nostalgia, pairing them with alcohol makes them legit fun for a grown-up," they say.

At 212 All Good, you can sample fresh fruit popsicles -- they are 100 per cent vegan, and made using the freshest seasonal produce. "Cocktails-on-a-stick make for a playful addition to our menu. Think of it as a cocktail that never warms up," says Tanai Shirali, director of operations, Bellona Hospitality Services.

Pina Colada is their frozen take on the classic cocktail. The popsicle has coconut milk, pineapple and a hint of vanilla.

This isn't the much-loved fizzy sugary candy but rather a cocktail on a stick. The Pop Rocks have spiced or fruit popsicles in a shaken mix of vodka and ice. The flavours include Blueberry, Honey and Mint, Orange, and Litchi. "They work well because they have a different texture. The drink lasts longer and can be had as a popsicle, slush or as plain liquid," says Rahul Khanna, partner.
