Who says pancakes can’t be free of gluten? Try this quinoa version, which comes with sweet potato cream, pumpkin and chickpeas.

This rich flourless fudge cake has coffee and almond powder and is served with poached apricot and vanilla ice cream. The perfect end to a meal.

Flower Power Pizza

Chef Karishma Sakhrani, who created this dish, says the idea was to create healthy food that is also packed with flavour.

Pumpkin Pie
