Ahmedabad is home to a variety of architectural styles and beautiful stone structures because of different rulers it has been under. Here's a look at a few marvels

The Sarkhej Roza is a beautiful mix of different architectural styles such as early Islamic architecture of the region and Hindu and Jain elements that form a composite Indo-Saracenic architectural style

Constructed in the mid 19th century, the Hutheesing Jain Temple is dedicated to Dharmanatha, the 15th Jain Tirthankar.

The Sabarmati Ashram or Gandhi Ashram was one of the homes of Mahatma Gandhi. He led the Salt Satyagraha from this location.

The Jama Masjid in Ahmedabad is said to have been the largest mosque in the Indian sub-continent in its time. It is built
with yellow sandstone.

Dada Hari ni Vav stepwell is said to have been built by Bai Harir Sultani in 1500 AD. The seven-storey stepwell boasts of beautiful carvings all over and has a mosque and some tombs

The Diwan’s Bungalow is a 19th century heritage property which now serves as a hotel
