Dear Diana,
I have been with my 20 year old boyfriend for two years. I still love him more than ever. I just feel like throughout our relationship I have never really been treated by him. Even on my birthday, I didn't really get many presents and he complained when we went out for a meal and it cost Rs 400 for the both of us. I just dont know how to tell him that I dont get treats like other girls without sounding selfish. Iknow my friends are always getting taken out, bought flowers and I just feel like he is a little bit lazy in this area. I also feel like I take him out and get him more gifts and treats than he gives me... it just doesn't seem right and surely it is the girl who should get all the treats.

Dear Friend,
It seems to me that your boyfriend seems abit stingy or maybe he's embarresd to show his sweet side). Maybe you should mention about going away with him for a weekend or something. Does he show you affection at all? Thing is with guys, they dont read signals well. The best thing to do would be to sit down and randomly bring it into a conversation so he doesn't feel under pressure of any kind, let him know that you do appreciate him and that you just would like to feel more loved and would like a treat once in a while. You're young. It's a learning process.

Feel? I feel nothing for him!

Dear Diana,
I am 22 and have a 14-month-old baby. but I do not have feelings for my husband. He does not attract me in any way anymore. How do I fix this problem?

Dear Friend,
Kinda abrupt story, don't ya think? Where did those feelings disappear to? Was he always this incapable of arousing attraction in you or is this just a recent developement? What has he done to become less attractive to you? Go out on a vacation and spend time getting to know each other all over again. Leave the baby with an elder for some time.

We're married (not to each other) and we had sex!

Dear Diana,
I am going through a divorce. My husband left me after 18 years of marriage. We married while we were still studying. Six months back, I started a friendship with a married man I've known for years. We slept together this week and I feel guilt and shame, even though the sex was great. He has said his wife shows him no affection but he is still with her. Should I end it with this man ? Please help.

Name withheld

Dear Friend,
Why the guilt and shame? Isn't he equally to blame should his marriage fall apart? Well I think that it will be the right thing to end the sex life with him. He is actually the one who should feel guilty because he is the one who is still with his wife. Stay friends with himu00a0 and make sure he doesn't "cheat" on his wife. Because you know where she is coming from, you should do your part and stay away now.
