I was born with my testicles in the abdomen and it was detected and operated in my seventh year. It was partially successful. Now I have only right testicle outside. Left testicle is apparently inside. When I masturbate, I ejaculate early. Is it because of the absence of one testicle? Do I need to get operated?
— Please help
Having a single testicle is good enough for sexual performance as well as fathering a child in most individuals. Your reaching climax i.e. ejaculation early, has absolutely no relation with the present situation of your testicles. Early orgasm can be effectively treated by medicines like Dapoxetine 60 mg, to be taken one hour before the act with a glass of water. Usually it delays climax in most individuals. The medicine needs to be taken maximum once in 24 hours. About the testicle lying in abdomen and not in the scrotum, it is wiser to remove it at the earliest. However it would be best to consult a Urologist.

I have irritation on the whole of the body as I have developed boils all over, predominantly near my organ. I took some medicines but no relief. What should I do?
— Itchy
It will be wiser to consult a dermatologist. Until then, avoid eating spicy food and chillies and get your blood sugar examination done, fasting and also 2 hours after lunch to rule out any evidence of diabetes. Also till that time, avoid taking bath with very hot water.
My penis is very very short when it is not erect. I feel embarrassed. Is the length of the penis when not erect important?
— Size matter
The length of the penis in the flaccid state is immaterial as it then is used for urination only. It is the erect penis that is important for sexual performance.
