'I want to be with her but I can't marry her!'

Updated on: 30 April,2013 12:15 AM IST  |
Dear Diana |

Dear Diana, I'm in a relationship for the past three years with a girl who is my friend's sister. My parents are looking for a girl for me.

'I want to be with her but I can't marry her!'

I can’t marry my girlfriend because our families won’t ever agree to an inter-caste marriage. We are trying to break up but we end up getting physical every single time we raise the topic! She loves me a lot and wants me to be in the relationship with her even after we get married to someone else. But I don’t want to be in a relationship with her after my marriage because I don't want to cheat my future wife.

Dear Selvan,
Goodness gracious! You need to grow up sonny boy. You love her and you can’t live without her. So then you need to tell your family about this girl ASAP! What stopped you for three years from doing so? If she is your friend’s sis, I am sure your folks also might be aware of him. So get going now and tell your family that there is already someone on the scene. As for your girlfriend’s plans to continue being in a relationship even if both of you’ll get married... don’t even think about it! Remember you will be playing with fire!

Diana will solve it!
