His expertise spans across various industries with greater exposure to Business Process Management/Outsourcing, Banking (Mobile, Retail and Consumer Finance), Telecom sectors and e-commerce sectors. Professionally he has been at leadership positions in American Express, Citibank, GE, Airtel Africa and ISON Xperiences.

Alongside his professional life, Vitul has been the Chairperson of the GSMA Global Digital Identity Program, served as Ombudsman for an NBFC and is part of Society of Industry Leaders – S&P’s Vista Research. He is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and has been awarded GE-India President’s Award, People’s Champion award, Operational Excellence Award and Customer Experience Leadership Awards. Over the years, Vitul has invested in early-stage startups to promote innovation and challenge the status quo.
Along the journey, Vitul has cultivated multicultural and geographically spread teams with different skill sets to achieve business results through persuasive interpersonal style, stakeholder cooperation and proactive open communication.
