1. A Humming Way, Sweta Agarwal The creative director launched at Lakmé fashion week SS’18, Sweta Agrawal is the woman behind the collections presented under the label. Sweta has been a businesswoman for 8 years. She spent her childhood between her ancestral homes in Nepal and Rajasthan. One of AHW's prized and best-selling skirts was influenced by the garb of Bhutanese men and women alike. From the beginning, she has been staunchly principled regarding keeping her label crueltyfree and now vegan. For a label so heavily centered on regional fabric crafts and garments so primarily embellished with surface textures of Khadi and satins, it has been no small feat maintaining that discipline. This next phase of her label A Humming Way is guided by heavily focusing on increasing the wearability of intricate technique-based clothing and is currently set to release a ready-towear collection that has been in development for close to 5 years in the spheres of capsule wardrobes that work dynamically across occasions.
